Bulk Carrier Fedor Loaded With Stolen Ukrainian Wheat Heading From Russian-occupied Feodosia to Egypt
The vessel was loaded in Russian-occupied Feodosia on 8 July.

The bulk carrier Fedor (IMO 9431977) is traveling to Egypt with a cargo of wheat stolen from Ukrainian farmers.
According to the CFTS portal, this was reported by journalist Kateryna Yaresko of the Myrotvorets Center’s news portal.
“The violator entered the Black Sea from Alexandria and was loaded in occupied Feodosia, where it was photographed on 8 July 2025,” she said.
As the CFTS portal previously reported, the Russian-flagged bulk carrier Matros Shevchenko recently left the port of Alexandria (Egypt) after unloading 27,500 tons of stolen Ukrainian wheat.
“The violator arrived in Egypt on a direct voyage from occupied Sevastopol, where it was loaded at the Avlita terminal from 26 to 31 July 2025,” said Yaresko.
